Hermann Park is 445 acres and includes a Golf Course, the Houston Zoo, and a 2-mile train track for the Hermann Park Railroad.
HPC members are a vital part of keeping Hermann Park looking good. Membership gifts support the Conservancy's stewardship efforts, like volunteer programs and maintenance initiatives. Members get great benefits too, like free train tickets, invitations to member exclusive events, and more!

The Conservancy's Job Shadow Program allows students (ages 15-17) the opportunity to observe and participate in a variety of work-related activities. From July 11 to August 17, the Job Shadow Program enhances student understanding of careers in conservation and provides them with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals.
Urban Green is a membership and events group made up of young professionals mostly in their 20s and 30s dedicated to the Conservancy’s mission to improve and maintain Hermann Park. Through a variety of events, Urban Green strives to inspire new generations of Park supporters. Perks include discounted tickets to Conservancy events, networking opportunities and more!
